What made you get into therapy?

Jen volunteered in orphanages in Russia during college. She fell in love with helping individuals through traumatic situations and assisting families in staying together.

Tracy… seeing friends go through difficult times, not knowing how to help, and feeling a desire to be part of a solution and know how to give the support they needed. It hurt seeing people I cared about upset or struggling with relationship problems. Wanting to help and not knowing how or what to do drew me to a profession in therapy to learn the skills necessary to be part of the healing process.

More About Us

What do you do for fun?

Therapy, of course!

Well, we think it is fun. Otherwise, we enjoy time with friends and family, being outside, reading, and being up for almost anything.

However, do not ask Tracy to camp and do not try to discuss pop culture with Jen.

Do you have any items in your office with interesting stories?
Most of the artwork was given to us by friends, and the furniture was upscaled by Tracy.
